Ellen is a Marketing Professor at The University of Sydney Business School. Her influential work on the psychological aspects of online and offline consumer decision-making and the drivers of pro-social behavior is at the core of our agenda.

Uri Gneezy, UC San Diego

Uri is the Epstein/Atkinson Endowed Chair in Behavioral Economics and Professor of Economics & Strategy at the Rady School of Management, University of California, San Diego. We are inspired by his work on pay-what-you-want pricing and incentives-based interventions to encourage good habits and discourage bad ones. 

Coller's Researchers

Elinor is a Senior Lecturer in the Marketing Department at the Coller School of Management. Her research is concerned with how domain-general systems such as the visual and language systems affect people’s thoughts, feelings, judgments, and behavior in the social world. 

Yair  is a Senior Lecturer in the Business Economics and Strategy Department at the Coller School of Management. He is interested in Microeconomic Theory, Industrial Organization, and Behavioral Economics. Through his research, he tries to gain a better understanding of what market structures can allow firms to exploit failures and behavioral biases of consumers.

Itai is an Associate Professor in the Business Economics and Strategy Department at the Coller School of Management. His research examines the sources of the high cost of living in Israel, and in particular, how government policies, consumer behavior and firm actions contribute to the market outcomes in the food, automobile and real-estate markets. 

Sagit  is a Lecturer in the Management of Technology and Information Systems Department at the Coller School of Management. Her research is centered around the economics of online markets, and the impacts of digitization on firms and consumers.

Danny is an Associate Professor in the Finance Department at the Coller School of Management. His research includes an analysis of rational, psychological and socio-economic aspects in the real estate market. 

Shai is a Professor in the Marketing Department at the Coller School of Management. He uses behavioral experimental methodology and field data to ask questions about consumer information processing and decision making.

Danit is an Associate Professor in the Marketing Department at the Coller School of Management. Her primary research interest is how and why people give to others in need. She explores the unique psychological processes at play when making decisions on the new platforms of giving in the modern-digital world (donation-raising apps, donation-based crowdfunding, social network campaigns).

Liat is an Associate Professor in the Marketing Department at the Coller School of Management. Her research focuses on consumer behavior, specifically on objective and subjective knowledge that consumers have about products, and their effects on choosing products, on consumer learning processes, and on the impact of consumer choices.

Dino is an Associate Professor in the Marketing Department at the Coller School of Management. In his Neuroeconomics and Neuromarketing lab, he uses an interdisciplinary approach to better understand how we make decisions and what are the neural mechanisms underlying value-based choices.

Gal is a Professor in the Management and Information Technology Department at the Coller School of Management. Her research focuses on the effects of social media, consumer engagement and peer influence on electronic commerce outcomes and on the business models of content websites.

Peter is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Coller School of Management. He primarily studies the role of social network structure in consumer interactions, with applications to customer relationship management, new product diffusion and community sociology.

Dotan is a Senior Lecturer in the Economics and Strategy Department at the Coller School of Management. He is interested in the economics of networks, coalitional bargaining, voting, and in revealed preference theory and its applications. His studies on the latter investigate choice consistency and context-dependent decision procedures. 

Yael is a Professor in the Marketing Department at the Coller School of Management. Her research focuses on judgments and decision making, motivation and consumer behavior.

Ori is an Associate Professor in the Organizational Behavior Department at the Coller School of Management. His research focuses on human cooperation, i.e., the tendency and willingness to cooperate when there is a tension between private and public interests, as manifested, e.g.,  in responsible/ethical consumerism.

His research focuses on applying modern machine learning and data science algorithms on data from online and offline environments, to improve consumer experience and business performance.

His research focuses on user engagement and commitment in online environments, with an emphasis on the future of work and the inclusion of artificial intelligence agents in consumer-worker interaction.

Ayala is an Associate Professor in the Business Economics and Strategy Department at the Coller School of Management. She experimentally studies bounded rationality in individual decision-making processes and uses the findings to introduce novel models of behavior.
